This property has a strict no-party, no-gathering policy. A minimum charge of £2,000 will apply for any violations, with further action possible under the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003.
• Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of £300 will be imposed for any breach of this rule, including costs related to extra cleaning.
• Damage & Inventory Policy
Guests must report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of check-in. The host reserves the right to charge for any unreported issues discovered after this period.
