Für 4 Personen sicherlich zu klein. Der Balkon ist das Highlight, wirklich sehr schön. Die Küche ist nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, leider kein Backofen vorhanden und der Kühlschrank sehr bedienerunfreundlich unten angebracht. Das Geschirr sowie die Gläser sollten dringend mal ergänzt werden, sie wirken doch ein wenig zusammengesucht. Aber da wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben und dazu noch mit Hund haben wir diese doch etwas einfachere Wohnung gern gebucht und uns wie immer sehr wohl in Grömitz gefühlt. Fazit: durchaus schöne Wohnung wenn auch mit ein paar Abstrichen. Positiv: das sehr schöne Badezimmer mit der großen Dusche und der tolle Balkon zur Seeseite.

ich war zum dritten Mal in dieser Wohnung und bin wie immer restlos zufrieden und glücklich gewesen - es ist wie nach Hause kommen.. und der Blick auf die Ostsee ist einfach nur traumhaft. Vielen Dank für diesen Lieblingsplatz und natürlich an Ahrens, die alles wieder zu meiner absoluten Zufriedenheit "gemanagt" haben.

Wir haben uns wie auch schon im letzten Jahr pudelwohl in dem Appartment gefühlt. Das gute Wetter hat sein Übriges getan - abends mit Schlafsack auf dem Balkon zu sitzen (im Oktober ist es doch schon recht frisch, wenn die Sonne untergeht) machte uns einen Heidenspaß. Gerne kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder - wir lieben dieses Urlaubszuhause

Grundsätzlich eine Wohnung wo man sich wohlfühlen kann. Allerdings würde ich mit maximal 2 Personen dort wohnen, sie ist einfach sonst zu klein. Schöne Aussicht und ruhig ist es auch.
