Very beautiful, cosy apartment block "Terrazas Calamijas". In the district La Cala de Mijas, in a quiet, sunny position, 900 m from the sea, south-east facing position. For shared use: garden, swimming pool kidney-shaped (7 x 20 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking space n 236. Shop 400 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar 300 m, bakery 150 m, café 300 m, bus stop "Lidl La Cala" 700 m, sandy beach 900 m. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. There is one padel court in the complex.
