This spacious holiday rental (57.5 square metres) with a terrace is located on the courtyard side of the property.

Parking is easy in one of the two parking spaces directly in front of the garage. Bicycles can be parked under the carport.

The “Hofblick” holiday apartment consists of a kitchen with a veranda, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a living room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. The kitchen is modernly equipped with an electric stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The living room features a metal bed, and the couch converts into a bed (1.20 m x 2.00 m). The terrace is a great place to relax.

The total price includes water and energy consumption, bed linens, and towels. The visitor’s tax is payable on site.



The 4,000-square-meter property is located at the entrance to the quiet village of Laeven, home to just 80 residents, where “foxes and hares” say good night to each other. We are surrounded by fields, meadows, and forests, as well as beautiful nature trails for biking and hiking that are well-marked. The ancient beech trees known as the “Heiligen Hallen” are just around the corner. The nearest crystal-clear lakes, with plenty of swimming spots, are about 5 km away and easily accessible by bike or car. The village has a children’s playground, a stork’s nest, and very little traffic. In the surrounding area, you’ll find bike rentals, boat rentals, and opportunities for lake cruises, guided nature tours, as well as concerts, theatre, films, and much more. Shopping and dining options are about 4 km away.

The large property, featuring an outbuilding, a garden, and animals (chickens, a dog, and a cat), is located right on the outskirts of town and is surrounded by fields. The ground floor of the single-family home houses two holiday apartments, and the landlord lives in the attic.
Our dog “Oskar,” a Border Collie mix, roams freely around the yard, briefly sniffs the guests upon arrival, and is then very friendly.

The total price includes water and energy usage, bed linens, and towels. The visitor’s tax is payable on site.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
