Quietly located on a spacious pasture, with an unobstructed view of the Breitenstein and Wendelstein mountains, our two high-quality furnished holiday apartments in a modern country house style await adventurous guests, families and groups of friends who finally want to feel the real moment again.

The 60 square meter apartments with the names "Glücksbringer" and "Lebenslust" with their own garden and balcony, which invite you to linger and soak up the sun, are located in a newly built house, which was built according to ecological standards and are waiting for numerous unforgettable moments with the family and/or friends. With brand new kitchens, each with 2 separate rooms, modern large bathrooms with walk-in shower and additional bathtub, as well as spacious entrance areas, the two separate holiday apartments on the ground floor and 1st floor in an extraordinary country house design and furnishing concept await enterprising guests. Large groups of up to 8 people can also enjoy the time in the large garden of the ground floor apartment.

"Live the moment": You will not only find our motto in the furnishings of the apartments. We ourselves know only too well from our own experience how difficult it can often be in the stress of everyday life to consciously perceive the small but crucial moments in life, to be completely in the here and now.
That's why these little moments of happiness await you in your MY STAY apartments: With your first cup of hand-filtered pour-over coffee, you consciously start the day with a view of the mountains. With one of the numerous sports and leisure activities in the area, you can shake off the stress and worries of everyday life and then have the opportunity to devote yourself to your partner and/or family. In addition, our accommodation offers you games, books and exercises for young and old, for example on the topic of mindfulness and communication. In the evening you make yourself comfortable in our king-size bed with hotel-quality mattresses and topper or on our premium Sits sofa bed, which you can easily convert from a couch in the living room into a comfortable bed with its own slatted frame and high quality mattress can be transformed, comfortable and lets the thoughts pass in review the day.

The topic of sustainability is important to us: That is why we try, as far as possible, to design our furnishings and consumables in the apartments from sustainable materials. Our furniture is therefore made of real wood, the windows and doors are handmade and consist of untreated spruce. The floor was also provided with wooden floorboards. It is heated with wood pellets. Our selection of organic teas, from which you can help yourself free of charge on site, come from the "Herbaria" factory, which is only a stone's throw away. The coffee is produced and roasted regionally in a small family business. We also refrain from using disposable or single-use items.

In the large, lockable basement compartment, which both apartments share, you can store your bicycles, skis or other items comfortably and safely. There is also a dryer available here, which you are welcome to use for your laundry at no additional cost. You will also find useful children's things such as an extra bed, travel cot or high chair here.
