Schönes Objekt mit Schönheitsfehlern
Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, allerdings gab es ein Problem mit den Matratzen. Diese waren komplett durchgelegen. Wir haben uns darüber sofort am Anreisetag beschwert. Nach einigem Hin und Her mit dem Besitzer des Appartments hat sich dieser entschlossen neue Matratzen zu besorgen. Diese kamen nach 4 Tagen, aber waren zu klein (80 cm statt 90 cm breit), d.h. wir hatten eine 20 cm Lücke im Bett. Nach erneuter Beschwerde und weiterem Hin und Her haben wir dann nach insgesamt 11 Tagen (von 14 Tagen) die passenden Matratzen bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war eher ein Hinhalten, denn ein Lösen der Probleme. Auch eine teilweise Erstattung wegen der Probleme wurde nicht realisiert, obwohl mir durch die schlechte Matratze ziemliche Rückenschmerzen entstanden waren. Die Schuld wurde immer auf den Besitzer geschoben, anstatt die Probleme zu lösen.
