Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Minimum fine $1,000. Smoking is permitted on the back patio only with proper disposal of materials.

SWIMMING POND
Guests swim in the pond at their own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Life jackets are required, some are provide not all sizes are available. 6 kayaks available. Please supervise children at all times and enjoy responsibly. Waterfall feature runs 2pm- 10pm daily.

NO SMOKING
Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home and will result in a minimum $1,000 fine.
