Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Be careful when you are booking here. The day we were driving down to the property they called us and told me "we have double booked and you have no place to stay". Then when we were trying to get our money back they would not get back to the company about this property calling and cancelling on us. Seemed very shady to me, like they have done this before.

Thank you for your review Bryan, however this is not accurate. We would never cancel due to a double booking. We had a plumbing issue at the property and there was water leaking into the living room. We have since fixed and rectified the issue. Also, in regard to payment, we don't take payments on our end. VRBO handles all payments. We notified them of the issue and they said they would immediately refund you. We are sorry this was your experience but this was beyond our control. Thank you
