The Coco holiday rental is located in the beautiful town of Tossens. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find restaurants, bars, shopping, and a bakery—all within about a 10-minute walk. In Tossens, you can enjoy sunny days at Friesenstrand with your family or have a great time at the water park at Centre Parcs Park Nordseeküste. Butjadingen offers many more opportunities to enjoy memorable holiday days.



Apartment, shower, toilet, 2 bedrooms:

The apartment is equipped for 6 people. It features two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a small terrace where you can enjoy the sun, a stairlift, a stair gate, and free Wi-Fi.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a coat rack and a shoe cabinet in the entryway. The living area features a cosy sitting area, a TV, and a desk, and opens onto the kitchenette, which has a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, as well as a dining area. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the upper floor, which is accessible via a stairlift, you’ll find the two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—each with a pull-out guest bed. The patio features a cosy seating area with beautiful plants and a grill.
Bicycles can be stored on-site, and there is parking available directly next to the house.



On-site costs: Utilities, final cleaning, bed linens, and towels are included in the travel price. One dog (40 cm to 50 cm shoulder height) may be brought along upon request for a flat fee of €10.00.
