Our holiday rental invites you to relax in a quiet setting. It’s located right in the heart of the old town. Restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy food and drinks and feel right at home “just around the corner.” A butcher shop, bakery, and small supermarket are 270 metres away. In spring 2025, a small outdoor seating area will be built right outside the front door, which you’re welcome to use. The surrounding area also offers many opportunities for day trips. Visit the KissSalis Thermal Baths in Bad Kissingen (58 km) or tour the Royal Residence in Würzburg (30 km). Activities include bike tours around the “Wine Island.” A free electric three-wheeler (Tuk Tuk) is available for a day trip. Swimming and stand-up paddleboarding in the swimming lake with a beach, 300 m away. Canoe trips on the Alt-Main. Boat tours on the Main River departing from Volkach, 5 km away. A charming little holiday apartment right in the heart of the old town, yet in a very quiet location. In 2023, a cosy retreat with approximately 45 square metres of living space was created on the top floor of a completely renovated historic building. The open-concept living/dining area features a 1.60-meter-wide pull-out sofa bed and a cosy dining area for four people. The separate bedroom features a 1.80-meter-wide box-spring bed with allergy-friendly bedding. The new, high-quality built-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom includes a hair dryer and storage space. - Payment can be made either in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. - Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are available upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. One electric tricycle rental for one day is included free of charge per booking. Each additional day costs 25 euros. The base rate includes Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, tea towels, and final cleaning. Upon request, a fourth person (child up to 15 years old) can be added for an extra charge. Public parking is available on the street at no cost.
