Schön eingerichtetes Haus, mit allem was man benötigt. Besonders schön der Garten mit den Bäumen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem kann man die ruhige Lage genießen. Etwas schwierig die Parksituation, wenn jeder einen großen Personenwagen fährt. Für Kinder und Haustiere ideal.

Wir buchen seid 2020 regelmäßig die Villa Salut & hätten auch für nächstes Jahr gebucht, wenn nicht schon alles belegt wäre. Die Lage Nähe Strand & City ist einfach unschlagbar. Des Weiteren ist die Möglichkeit zu mehreren Personen sowie mit Haustier zu reisen zu loben, da Schlafplätze für bis zu Acht und abgeschlossenes Grundstück, welches in 2. Reihe liegt und nicht einsehbar ist. Lediglich die Ausstattung ist schon ein bissl in die Jahre gekommen, wie die Sitzkissen, dass Lattenrost vom Kinderbett als auch die Waschmaschine. Hier wäre ein Wechsel/Neuanschaffung bzw. Reparatur nicht ganz schlecht. Ansonsten alles super und es war wieder mal ein toller Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft.

Eine sehr solide 3,8/5.

Ein sehr schönes Gebäude mit einem schicken Garten dazu. Eine sehr sehr ruhige Gegend mit einem super Ambiente. Es sind Verbesserungen/nach Besserungen in der Einrichtung des Gebäudes vorzunehmen. Diese wurden in der Agentur dankend aufgenommen und werden an Vermieter weitergeleitet.

Sommerurlaub

Schönes Häuschen. Der Gartenn mit Terrasse ist eine kleine Oase. Man ist für sich und niemand guck einem auf den Tisch. Das Haus ist eines der wenigen mit einem Schlafraum im Erdgeschoss, dafür Daumen hoch! Denn es gibt auch gehbehindert Menschen, die keine Treppe mehr steigen können. Es hat uns super gut gefallen.
