Our holiday home is located on the outskirts of Kölbingen, a village with about 1,000 residents in the Westerwald. The construction combines sturdiness with sustainability. Stone walls and tiled floors welcome you on the lower level. Here you’ll find the modern bathroom with eco-friendly lime plaster and the entryway with a coat rack. An oak staircase leads to the upper floor. Here, an oak floor creates a pleasant living atmosphere. The lovingly restored kitchen, a seating area, and the sleeping area are all combined here. A door leads from here to the garden, which you’re welcome to use. 



Studio, Living/Sleeping Area, Shower/Toilet, Terrace:

On the upper floor, a bright studio awaits you with wooden windows facing all directions and offering views of the village and the surrounding greenery. The windows are equipped with blackout blinds or curtains. The floor in the living area is oak parquet. The furniture is color-coordinated. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes, and glasses. The living area opens directly onto the garden. The bathroom is accessible via an oak staircase from the living area.

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet, alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, war vorhanden und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Atmosphäre ist warm und einladend, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit: alles war makellos und sehr gepflegt, vom Wohnbereich bis ins Badezimmer. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, sodass wir uns rundum wohl fühlten.Auch wenn wir leider nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten, haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

1 Nacht in Kölbingen

Der Check in war problemlos. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr nett persönlich begrüßt (aber auch check in via Key Safe wäre möglich gewesen) das kleine Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber - sieht genau aus wie in der Anzeige. Der Zugang zum Garten mit kleinem Sitzplatz ist sehr schön und auch Grillen wäre möglich gewesen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist schön ruhig und parken kann man auch super vor dem Haus. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Vielen Dank für die nette Übernachtungsmöglichkeit! Liebe Grüße an Familie Becker und hoffentlich bis bald :-). Holger & Barbara
