Our beautiful duplex holiday rental sleeps 4 people. It’s located on the 2nd floor and is 200 metres from Lake Hainer.

The living room: is perfect for dining together, a game night, or a film night. For music lovers, an electric piano is available.

In the fully equipped kitchen: a fully stocked automatic coffee maker and a juicer with oranges are ready for you.

On the 10-square-meter loggia: enjoy the peace and quiet and the lake view through the treetops with a glass of wine or a cold beer.

In the first bedroom (downstairs): relax in the comfortable 180x200 bed with a 7-zone mattress and gel topper. You can make yourself comfortable with a book in the reading nook.

In the second bedroom (upstairs): find peace and quiet in a 160x200 double bed, also equipped with a 7-zone mattress and a gel topper. From here, you’ll have the best view of Lake Hainer and Lake Kahnsdorfer. Relax under the sloping ceiling in a cosy reading and snuggling nook, or grab your laptop and work with 100 Mbit Wi-Fi in what is arguably the most beautiful workspace.

In the bathroom: you’ll find a bathtub, shower, and a hair dryer. You’re welcome to use the washer-dryer as much as you like during your extended stay.
