For nearly fifty years these buildings were a beloved church camp. We spent years lovingly restoring every one, blending the history with a warm cowboy-boho soul. The result is a property full of character, comfort, and little touches you will not find at a hotel.

Roll out of bed with nothing on the schedule and coffee on the deck. Spend the day hiking or biking straight out the gate into national forest, exploring the 25 acres, or doing gloriously nothing in a quiet corner with a book. Cook a big meal together, then carry it out to the patio and eat under the string lights as the evening cools. End the night around the fire pit, under some of the darkest, most star-filled skies you have ever seen. Comfortable days, cool nights, and time that finally slows down.

ROOM FOR EVERYONE, SLEEPS 25

Three beautifully remodeled buildings, all yours:

Oak House: a private 3-bedroom, 2-bath house with its own full kitchen, fireplace, and front deck. Sleeps 6, with private bathrooms. Included in every stay.

Cochise Hideout: the heart of the property. Six bedrooms, a coffee station, upper and lower decks, and a patio with a fire pit. Sleeps 16. Five of the six bedrooms convert from a king to two twins to fit couples, friends, or kids, and two of those also add a bunk or trundle. Every bed has a brand-new hybrid memory foam mattress.

Lozen Bunk House: a cozy standalone hideaway with a bunk and a twin, perfect for the kids or teens. Sleeps 3.

Four to five families fit comfortably, with plenty of space to spread out. Bringing a bigger crew? Overflow tent and RV camping is available on the property.

GATHER AND FEAST

Coronado Commons: a full commercial kitchen and dining hall, built to cook for a crowd and seat everyone at one long table.

Gadsden Art Barn: an 18 by 40 screened barn, wonderful for gatherings, celebrations, yoga, games, or a rainy-day hangout.

Plus a string-light patio, fire pit, decks, and quiet nooks scattered across the land. Sonoita Bath House is a beautifully remodeled shared bathhouse for Cochise Hideout and Lozen guests, with vanities made from antique cabinets. Oak House has its own private bathrooms.

Hike, bring the bikes for the gravel roads Patagonia is known for, watch for the deer, turkeys, and wildlife that wander through, and take in world-class birding.
