Welcome to 801: Southern Dunes: Citrus — a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Jacksonville Beach apartment that sleeps 6, just a 1-minute walk from the sand. Free parking is included on premises, so no hunting for spots after a long drive.

The layout works well for families and small groups. The ground floor has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, one full bathroom, and a private patio with its own grill. Both bedrooms and the second full bathroom are upstairs. Note: reaching the bedrooms requires climbing stairs. The patio is semi-shared — the neighboring unit has a separate patio with their own furniture and grill, so you'll have your own outdoor space, but sightlines between units are possible.

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook real meals — stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a full set of dishes and utensils. For longer stays, this means you can skip restaurants for breakfast and lunch and save money for dinners out. A washer and dryer are available in a shared common laundry room in the building — handy for washing out sandy beach gear.

The beach is a 1-minute walk out the door — ideal for families who want to run back for snacks, sunscreen, or nap breaks without packing up the car. For dinner, Eleven South is a 5-minute walk for upscale mesquite-grilled seafood. O-Ku Sushi and TacoLu are both a short 2-4 minute drive for rooftop sushi and fish tacos. Beaches Town Center is about 8 minutes by car for shopping and a wider range of restaurants. Mayo Clinic is a 9-minute drive, and TPC Sawgrass — home of THE PLAYERS Championship — is 14 minutes away.

Self check-in is available. WiFi is included. Linens and towels are provided. Please be aware that the nearest boardwalk is currently under renovation — the alternative beach access at 9th Ave S is one block away and fully walkable. Beach views from inside the unit are not available due to ongoing dune restoration. Summer is peak season at Jacksonville Beach, so early booking is recommended to lock in your dates.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
