About the host

Hosted by Lavette Coney

Host profile image
I am a quintessential Bostonian on one side and an international globetrotter. I love being a host because I would want the same hospitality. Many people have hosted me in Japan, Guatemala, Honduras, Vietnam, Malaysia, India...

Why they chose this property

I am the neighborhood association president, so I love my neighborhood. We are a diverse and historic neighborhood, Mount Pleasant Historic District. As a past, middle school history teacher, most Bostonians do not even know that Roxbury is the geographic center of Boston and historically was the business hub of the city.

What makes this property unique

Experience authentic Boston living in this historic 1868 brownstone. The space features grand high ceilings, sun-drenched oversized windows, and gorgeous original pine floors. While it is steeped in history, your comfort is completely modern. Unwind after sightseeing with premium amenities, including an adjustable queen bed, a luxury towel warmer, and a flat-screen TV.
