Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The property is located just a 5-minute drive from the Concert Music Festival venue and the nearest beach. Furthermore, the area offers a variety of restaurants (Restaurante Popeye is particularly recommended). The property is just a 3-minute drive from the Costa Azahar celebrations and events hall.
There are 5 parking spaces on the property, additional free parking is available on the street.
