It is located<br>about a 5-minute drive from the Weser beach and<br>city centre, home to the “Havenwelten,” Klimahaus,<br>Maditeraneo, the Maritime Museum, the Emigration Centre,<br>the Museum Harbour, the Zoo am Meer, and much more. <br>At the same time, the apartment is a great starting point for <br>excursions to the neighbouring seaside resorts of Wremen,<br>Dorum, or Cuxhaven Dunen; to the Altes Land region with the <br>towns of Stade and Buxtehude; or to the noteworthy cities of <br>Oldenburg and Bremen. The seaside resorts on the western<br>side of the Weser, such as Schillig and Neuharlingersiel, are also just a ferry ride away. <br>Ferries depart for Heligoland from Bremenhaven and Cuxhaven.<br><br>The spacious 2-room<br>holiday rental accommodates 2 to 4 people. <br>One bedroom features a double bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. <br>The apartment includes a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.<br>This is a non-smoking apartment<br>equipped with cable TV and free Wi-Fi. <br>Use of the garden, including barbecue facilities, is available. <br>A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.<br><br>Parking spaces are located in front of the house.<br><br>We charge €65.00 per night for 2 to 4 people<br>, i.e., 2 adults and 2 children.<br>Minimum rental period is 3 nights. <br>The price for one week for 2 people and 7 nights<br>is €423.
