Die Unterkunft ist nichts für Familie mit Kindern, da keine Sicherheitsmaßnahmen erbracht wurden. Die gefährliche Treppe zum oberen Schlafbereich, fehlende Steckdosenschutz und die maroden Holzlatten auf dem Balkon waren keine kinderfreundlichen Gegebenheiten. Der Außenbereich sah auf den Fotos auch gepflegter aus als es in der Realität war. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung von Seife und Toilettenpapier sowie anderen Equipment für einen normalen Haushalt ließen ebenso zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage war sehr gut, man war gleich in Strandnähe und das Zentrum war auch nicht weit.
