This was our second time staying here. Catherine is a warm and responsive host, great communication in advance of arrival. The chalet is impeccable. The hotel spa was unavailable due to renovations at the time of our stay but the pool was open and the chalet has its own sauna, so this didn't affect us much. The location is quiet, convenient and spacious. We really couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Catherine!

Catherine was so communicative and welcoming, even getting us a car when we were stranded in the rain after a long travel day. The chalet feels brand new, fresh and clean with very comfortable beds and lovely views of the surrounding mountains. It was easy to access the pool, spa and gym of the Mountains Hotel through a gate just outside the kitchen door (but thanks to good soundproofing, we weren’t bothered by noise from the pool area). We loved the sauna and when we briefly had difficulty with the WiFi, Catherine helped us fix it right away. A wonderful place to stay in a very beautiful part of Austria.

Ein einmalig schönes Chalet mit top Ausstattung,super gelegen. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die etwas lauten Nachbarn über uns,aber das konnten wir zum Glück ignorieren.

Das Haus erfüllt alles was man braucht und ist an guter Lage. Die Parkplatzsituation könnte etwas besser sein.
