In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of St Aygulf, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 2 km from the sea, 2.7 km from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), parking. Shop 1.5 km, shopping centre 7 km, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Grand Parc" 1.5 km, railway station "Fréjus" 8 km, sandy beach "Les Esclamandes" 2.5 km, park "Areca" 2 km, diving center 8 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Port Fréjus" 8 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km, sailing school 8 km, riding stable 3 km.
