Der Aufenthalt war ziemlich schön.... das Objekt hat eine schöne Lage! Es gab einige Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden können diese wurden auch gerne entgegen genommen und verstanden. Bin also zuversichtlich das in den nächsten Monaten die Aufenthalte nächnoch besser werden dort für zukünftige Mieter...

Tolle Lage zwischen Strand und City

Kurzer Weg zum Südstrand und Bontekai, auch für die Hunderunde gut geeignet. Bushalt um die Ecke. Interessante kleine Bibliothek und Spiele vorhanden. Alles sehr gepflegt und herzlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Praktische Lage und Wohnungszuschnitt, störende Kleinigkeiten

Hafen, Museen und Stadt sind wunderbar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist praktisch. Auf dem Balkon lässt sich die Mittagssonne genießen. Wirkliche KLEINIGkeiten stören unnötigerweise das Rundum-Wohlfühlen: klumpige Schaumstofflockenkopfkissen, fehlender Flaschenöffner, leere Batterien in der Fernbedienung, ein-zwei KaffeePÖTTE wären schön, wacklige Steckdose im Bad. Das lässt sich sicher und mit wenig Aufwand ändern - und DANN ist alles perfekt!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage - nah am Wasser

Uns hat es super gefallen, es hat eigentlich an Nichts gefehlt. Zum Ufer an der Kaiser-Wilhelm-Brücke sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß, ein Bus fährt direkt zur Innenstadt (die auch fußläufig erreichbar ist). Typische Hellhörigkeit eines MFH, aber die Nachbarn sind überwiegend älter und ruhig. Wir würden wiederkommen :)
