AlpenZauber holiday flat - Modern flat with charming mountain view

A warm "Grüß Gott" to the Alpenzauber holiday flat!

On approx. 65 square metres, two bright and beautiful rooms with space for up to four people await you in the holiday flat, which is located on the 1st floor and was completely renovated in 2022. The modern and cosy furnishings make the flat particularly homely. In the combined living and dining area, you have access to your own south-facing balcony, which conjures up a beautiful Alpine panorama with a view of the Wetterstein Mountains.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while you will also find a full-sized sofa bed in the living room.
However, we recommend using the sofa bed with either only one other adult or two children, as the flat and sleeping comfort is not ideal for a total of four adults.

The kitchen offers you all the important appliances for culinary self-catering. The bathroom with window has a shower, two washing facilities and a WC.

The location also speaks for itself: butcher, baker, supermarket and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking spaces for your car are available in the surrounding neighbourhood. We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed here. Furthermore, this is a non-smoking flat. The WLAN is of course free of charge.

There is also a parking space in the underground car park for the safe storage of bicycles.

By the way, in this flat you are also on a sustainable holiday. The cleaning is done with the most ecological cleaning agents possible, all the consumables provided are as ecological as possible as well as low in plastic and the electricity is 100% renewable energy from the regional energy provider (Alpspitz-electricity rate ecoLOGIC from Gemeindewerke Garmisch-Partenkirchen).

Die Buchung verlief völlig reibungslos. Aufgrund schlechten Wetters waren wir früher als geplant an der Unterkunft, glücklicherweise war die Wohnung schon für uns fertig und wir konnten nach telefonischer Rücksprache früher als angegeben einchecken. Ein Parkplatz direkt an der Straße war immer frei, also ist auch der "fehlende" Stellplatz kein Problem. LIDL und Edeka sind quasi direkt vor der Haustür - Selbstversorgung kein Problem. Auch die Stadtkerne sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Mit der Ausstattung waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. Sogar die Nachbarn waren insofern zuvorkommend, dass sie nachfragten, ob ihre Gartenarbeit zu laut sei, als wir auf dem Balkon saßen. Nur der Smart-TV funktionierte nicht richtig, es waren kaum Sender verfügbar - war nicht relevant, aber hier könnte man noch nachbessern. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft.

Ruhiges Wohnen mit Berglick
Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Schöner Balkon mit Berglick. Ausreichend Handtücher, Wischtücher, Handseife etc. Wir würden freundlich persönlich vor Ort in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit einiger Bereiche teilweise zu wünschen übrig (Fleckige Bettbezüge, verunreinigte Waschmaschine und Trockner, klebrige Holzflächen, sämtliche Fenster schmutzig und mit Fingerabdrücken). Für eine Reinigungspauschale von über 100 Euro etwas schwierig.
