Your cottage consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 55 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your cottage can be heated with underfloor heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 15 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge, TV and stereo system. Kitchen 15 sqm and with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 8 sqm and with shower, WC and hairdryer.
1st floor: Bedroom 24 sqm and with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 baby bed. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs.
In addition, your cottage is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Stara Gora, 440 m above sea level. The cottage is located on a 800 sqm open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
