This non-smoking holiday rental is located in an apartment building constructed in 1986 in the heart of Bad Bramstedt.

The building has two entrances, each with six residential units.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the second entrance and has an area of 50 square metres; there is no lift.
Behind the building is a car park that you can use free of charge during your stay.
The apartment also comes with a basement storage room where you can safely store bicycles.

The apartment does not have a balcony or terrace.

The 50 square metres of living space is divided into two rooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a cosy living room with an integrated dining area.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub featuring an integrated shower and shower screen, as well as
a window that is not visible from the outside
Wi-Fi is, of course, available


If you look out the living room window towards the castle, you’ll catch a glimpse of the Roland statue.
You can reach the town centre, with its shops and restaurants, in two minutes via a side street next to the building.
The train station is a ten-minute walk away.
The Osterau River flows right behind the building; with its green spaces and benches along the banks, it invites you to relax in nature.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find informational materials about local attractions.
The outdoor pool is a five-minute walk away and, on warm days, invites you to take a swim or simply unwind on its spacious sunbathing areas.



Holiday Rental:

The 50-square-meter living space is divided into two rooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a cosy living room with an integrated dining area.

In the living room, you can pull out the sofa to create an additional sleeping space.

Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with a TV, and the sets are connected to cable.

The bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated shower and shower screen, as well as a window that provides privacy from the outside.

From the living room, you can access the kitchen, which opens directly into the dining area. Here, you can easily pass food and drinks over to the dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. 
All kitchen utensils, as well as a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle, are provided.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
