Ground-floor holiday apartment with a fenced-in terrace in Dornumersiel. Welcome and “Moin”! Our comfortably furnished apartment is located in the Spiekeroog apartment building on a quiet cul-de-sac right on the Dornumersieler Tief. A free, assigned parking space is available for your car. The town centre and the beach at Dornumersiel are within walking distance. Pets are not allowed (allergy-friendly). The visitor’s tax will be charged after booking. This non-smoking apartment is suitable for three people. The living area features a cosy sitting area with a pull-out sofa, TV, a dining area, and a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, electric kettle, mini-oven, toaster, etc. You can relax wonderfully on the covered southwest-facing terrace with a small lawn, which is accessible at ground level from both the living room and the car park. The garden property is fenced in. The bedroom features a French bed (1.40 x 2.0 m) and a bunk bed. Storage space includes a wardrobe and under-bed drawers. Additional storage space is available in a storage room. The modern bathroom with shower also features a washing machine (clothes drying rack provided) and a hair dryer. Bicycles can be parked on the terrace or in the building’s bike storage room. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Alternatively, these can be reserved through our property manager in advance if needed. Payment is made on site. The apartment is located in a quiet area right on the Dornumersieler Tief. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach. You can reach the town centre on foot in about 5 minutes. There you’ll find cafés, restaurants, a bike rental shop, a supermarket, and the spa centre with therapy and wellness services. The path to the beach leads along a beautifully landscaped promenade beside a reservoir. There is a boat rental service there. The beach also features a heated outdoor seawater swimming pool.
