A very beautiful holiday rental just 500 metres from the beach. Duinerei B1 (Duna Beach Style) is located in the seaside resort of Groote Keeten, right next to Callantsoog by the sea. Enjoy a well-deserved beach holiday here with your friends or family.

The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. It features 2 bedrooms, a large living room, and a well-fenced garden. Dogs are also welcome.

The luxurious “Duna Beach Style” apartment (100 m²) is located on the ground floor and features a large fenced-in garden (115 m²) facing southwest (with a wooden picnic table and lounge chairs), so you can enjoy the sun all day long. The living room (45 m²) has two sliding doors, providing easy access to the garden.

Duna Beach Style is equipped with every luxury and comfort: HD TV (40-inch screen, with English, German, and Dutch channels), free Wi-Fi (350 Mbit/s), and a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a combination microwave/oven/grill, a large refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment, a Nespresso machine, a milk frother, and a coffee maker.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a sink, bathtub, and separate shower (with thermostatic faucets), as well as a separate toilet. A private parking space in a gated area is available for your car.

- The first bedroom has a double bed with one mattress (180 x 200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds with two mattresses (90 x 200 cm).
- The apartment is suitable for seniors and people with disabilities and is wheelchair accessible.
- Smoking is not permitted at La Duna; this also applies to candles and tea lights. Open fires are not allowed on the terrace or in the garden, nor are grills or barbecue equipment.

The beach at Groote Keeten is one of the widest beaches on the Dutch North Sea coast and lies 200 metres behind the widest row of dunes in the Netherlands.

The seaside resorts of Callantsoog and Julianadorp are up to 4 kilometres from Groote Keeten. There you’ll find various shops and restaurants, many of which are also open on Sundays (April through October). The supermarket is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
