Our spacious, non-smoking apartment is 70 square metres and is ideal for 4 people.
It is located on the 1st floor.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a dining area next to the stove, a refrigerator/freezer combo, a microwave, a radio, and a coffee maker.
The bright living room features real wood parquet flooring. There is also a seating area here. The dining table can be extended. The modern living room is equipped with a new sofa bed, 2 armchairs, and satellite TV (flat-screen TV).
The bathroom, renovated in 2014, already has everything you need for daily use: e.g., towels, a hair dryer. The corner shower is almost flush with the floor.
The covered, fully furnished balcony with an awning invites you to linger. Facing southwest, you can enjoy the sun until late in the afternoon. An electric grill is already set up for you.
Books and games are available in the apartment.
We provide a cot and a high chair free of charge.
Children up to age four can stay with us for free when accompanied by an adult!
Our home is smoke-free and pet-free!

Our apartment has excellent transport connections. You’re just a few minutes from the city centre and the highway to Münster or the Ruhr region. Nevertheless, our hotel is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, free from the disturbance of traffic noise. A parking space is reserved exclusively for you on the property.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a pizzeria with a beer garden, a supermarket, a bakery, a playground, and an ATM.
The chimney sweep school is only about 3 kilometres away.
The Dub recreational pool is nearby.
