Disappointed From Beginning to End!Our experience with Great Ocean Condos was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived.We were given a building code and room code, but no garage remote for our designated parking and no keys to access the building from the beach, pool, or garage. We had to repeatedly walk around to the front entrance just to access the elevators and bring in our luggage. I reported this immediately and was told the issue would be resolved by Monday. It never was.Things only got worse. Our unit flooded in the main hallway, master bathroom, master closet, and guest closet. I immediately contacted Great Ocean Condos. A plumber came the next day, spent about 10 minutes there, said there was no active leak, and left.We were then told someone would return with the proper equipment to address the water, mold concerns, and strong odor caused by the flooding. After 3–4 days of excuses, they never returned to properly resolve the problem, despite me telling them they could access the unit at any time.Our trip ended with no building keys, no garage remote, no proper flood cleanup, and no resolution to the mold/odor concerns.They had multiple opportunities to make things right, both during and after our stay, but failed to do so. The lack of communication, follow-through, and customer service was unacceptable.If I could give ZERO stars, I would.Renters Beware! I strongly recommend thinking twice before renting from Great Ocean Condos
