You will have access to your own bbq and outdoor patio furniture for comfort. Your entrance is private and a walk out to yard. The unit features full size windows for a bright basement. Pot lights throughout and a large kitchen fully equipped with all your needs. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

This is a luxury basement apartment you will have access to the pool for your short term getaway! There is a bbq just outside the door for you to enjoy and plenty of outdoor patio furniture for you to sit or lounge and relax at. You can also enjoy a fire with the chiminea and it offers plenty of wood for burning. The yard is very serene and private nestled with trees on all sides.

I chose this neighborhood for my family and the school district. It is quiet and at the same time close to all amenities. With the neighborhood being all bungalows.

It’s unique because it’s quiet and tranquil and yet close to all amenities you need. Close to beaches shopping gas stations plus more. Go Transit and highways etc
