The 18-square-meter kitchen is fully equipped—perfect for self-catering: stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need—and then some.

Of course, we’ve thought of our younger guests and have provided a high chair. The 28-square-meter living/bedroom area features two beds (which can be arranged together or separately) and a sleeper sofa with two armchairs.

We offer you a modern, air-conditioned holiday home with a fully equipped kitchen and electronic entertainment options. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available. On the terrace, you’ll find a table and chairs for outdoor relaxation.

You’re welcome to store your bicycles in a shed next to the house or rent an e-bike from us. Your vehicle can be parked in the parking space in front of the house and, upon request, charged at a wallbox.

The property is secured with an electric gate, ensuring safety for you and your vehicle.

Sustainability is a top priority for us. Our holiday home is partially constructed using a wood-frame design and is powered by a photovoltaic and solar thermal system.

This allows us to achieve 75 percent energy self-sufficiency. In addition, we use rainwater collected in a cistern to water our garden.

Weimar and the Weimarer Land have a lot to offer. Visit historic sights such as the Goethe House or Belvedere Palace. Take a bike ride along the idyllic river landscape of the Ilm or explore the surrounding villages and towns.
