Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom Smithsburg farmhouse retreat. The bedrooms feature a king bed and a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests can unwind in the pleasant living room, which includes a cozy Lazy-boy sectional sofa bed for extra comfort. The bathroom offers a jetted bathtub, adding a touch of relaxation to your stay. With heating and air conditioning, the space stays comfortable no matter the season. This gorgeous farmhouse invites guests to enjoy a wonderful blend of charm and convenience.
Full size kitchen with new fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils. Washer and dryer in seperate laundry room. Large living room with lazyboy sectional couch. Couch includes chaise and pull out bed. Stone fireplace. Kitchen table. Smart TV with streaming and wifi. Full size bathroom. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer provided. Main bedroom has a king bed, sitting chair, ceiling fan, bedside lamp, end tables and built in closets with dresser drawers. Second bedroom offers a canopy bed with built in closet with dresser drawers. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.
Outside features a grill on the front patio and a firepit out back. The property features a long 500 ft pond, over a half mile of creek, and access to the woods for nature hikes, and viewing wildlife.
Guests have access to the entire house except for basement and attic. All the property surrounding the house including the pond, creek and fields.
- NO access to any of the other buildings on the property

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All other buildings on the property are not permitted to enter.
