Wohnung anders als erwartet!

Es waren nicht genügend Betten bezogen/ das Etagenbett war nicht das, welches auf dem Bild zu sehen war/ das Ausziehbett im Wohnzimmer sah nicht vertrauenswürdig aus/ die Funkschalter im Wohnzimmer waren nicht immer auszuschalten/ das Objekt liegt direkt an der Straße, daher sehr laut!

Es tut mir leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Leider haben Sie nicht bescheid gegeben, dass nicht genügend Betten bezogen waren. Hätten wir sofort erledigt! Offenbar gab es einen Fehler bei der übermittelten Personenanzahl. Das Etagenbett wurde gegen ein hochwertigeres ausgetauscht, weshalb es etwas anders aussieht als auf dem Foto. Die Lichtschalter im Wohnzimmer wurden überprüft und der defekte Sensor ausgetauscht. Viele Grüße

Gute Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Einzig Schade war, das die Steckdosen Situation eher schelcht ist, ein Wasserhahn locker war und die Klimaanlage leider nicht funktionierte. Wir konnten unsere zwei Nächte dennoch genießen und würden für einen kurzen Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Schön, dass Ihnen die Wohnung gefallen hat und Sie wieder kommen möchten. Der lockere Wasserhahn wurde direkt nach Ihrem Aufenthalt repariert. Die Klimaanlage wird, da sie außer Betrieb ist, nirgendwo beworben. Leider ist sie aktuell nicht zu reparieren da das Ersatzteil nicht lieferbar ist. Viele Grüße
