VRBO # 53812 is a house with 2 decks upstairs and down each 400 sq ft added in spring 2010 providing a great ocean view from this second row house.
Newly renovated, cherry hardwood and travertine stone floors; WIFI INTERNET; home theater system with FM/CD/DVD/surround sound.TV and DVD in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms,living and dining rooms, and kitchen have ocean view. Walk to beach is just 100 yards. The lockable storage below has beach chairs and body boards.
The picnic table is on ground level below and gas grill in storage room. The pool is only 40 feet away and in view of our private deck.
Pet owners are asked to walk their dogs at south side beyond white split rail fence and always clean up after. We ask that dogs do not use any other part of the grounds and are ALWAYS on a leash!

Private parking below and corner lot gives extra parking - 4 cars easy. Extra bed is available.
We are located 0.8 miles north of the Garden City pier and 1.7 miles south of the Surfside pier.
Mall,theater ,flea market, water park, par 3 golf course, Putt Putt golf, parks and plenty of fine restaurants are just minutes away.
The famed seafood capital of Murrells Inlet is within a 5 minute ride and offers many seafood restaurants. Be sure to check out the Marsh Walk for nightly, firework shows, live music and dining day and night.
Brookgreen Gardens and renowned Pawleys Island are just 20- and 30-minutes drive south.
Golf carts are permissible upon request and can be rented locally.

Fabulous View!!!

This property could not have been any nicer!! From the view, furnishings and cleanliness!! David was very quick to answer the only issue we had. We thoroughly enjoyed out two weeks in this beautiful home and hope to return next winter.

The property was just perfect. The house is beautiful. it had everything we needed and easy access to the beach. And the view...well, you just have to be there to describe. Great Property!!!!

Perfect beach house

This was a last minute beach trip and boy was I impressed. The house was great plenty of room. Location was excellent right across from the beach. Easy excess to the beach. The property was fantastic plenty of room to park. Neighbors were very kind. Pool was great, but we are beach people. Owner was great - just a quick text away. Was very kind making sure everything was good. Would highly recommend and will stay at this property again.

Short Walk To The Beach

It’s right across the street from the beach, making it incredibly easy to schlep kids and gear to the beach! The property was clean and allowed us to bring our pups. The street noise was a bit more than anticipated, but just during the day. Nighttime was fine. The HVAC broke while we were there (it happens!), but David was incredibly responsive and communicative and had a repairman there the next day. We would stay again!

Honest Review

Overall, this was a clean, efficient and family/dog friendly rental. Check-in was a breeze. Nice layout for a family of six. The location provided limited ocean views with adequate beach and pool access. We enjoyed our golf cart proximity to Surfside and Garden City restaurants and grocery stores. It is adjacent to a public beach access. After end of season updates, we would book again. Several suggestions this winter include: better user friendly living room tv setup (too many remotes with too many info notes), new beach chairs; a few electrical outlets need work; upper/lower deck furniture needs attention, kitchen leak fixed, storm door latch replaced, upstairs bathroom door won't lock. We understand these issues are common with heavy use and can be resolved. Thanks Dave. susuch as

The cleaning ladies were quick to accommodate my family with having the house ready a little early. David was great to communicate with. We did but a charcoal grill and leave it. The gas grill there needs to be thrown out. My only complaint is the aunts I brought home in my car and cant get rid of.

Perfect Stay

We enjoyed our stay at David’s beach home. Check in was easy and the home was clean and just as described. We enjoyed coffee on the deck off the living room. Just across the street is beach access and right up the road are great restaurants. Our favorite was Franks! We would stay at David’s home again.

Exactly as advertised

Everything about our stay was exactly as advertised. Except for a house directly on the beach, you can't get a view better than this. Beautiful ocean view, easy access.... can't really say anything that the property details didn't promise, it was all accurate. Communication with David was easy. You won't regret your choice here

Great place to entertain

The open room is large with plenty of seating. The sofas are very deep and you need pillows to sit up straight.. There is plenty of cook ware and glasses. Love the washer and dryer. TV can be a challenge for older people. Road noise can be loud at times. Love the views from the bedroom.

David is awesome

The pictures and description are both 100% accurate. This house is decorated in an upscale manner with an over flowing kitchen lacking nothing. Both balconies have plenty of comfortable seating. Extremely pleased. David is very responsive and so accommodating. We had the pleasure of meeting and talking with David. He’s the man you want for a neighbor and friend.
