Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, von aussen hört man nichts. Der Parkplatz für ein grösseres Auto ungeeignet. Die Wohnung ist im Keller untergebracht, der Blick aus dem Fenster geht in einen betonierten Lichtschacht oder in einen ungepflegten Hinterhof. Das Bad ist sehr großzügig, die komplette Wohnung weiss gefliest, also ziemlich fusskalt. Fazit, gut gelegen mit dem Charme eines opsaales, sehr grosszügig, aber sehr unpersönlich.

Unsere Wohnung ist bewusst als hochwertige Souterrain-Wohnung gestaltet, darauf weisen wir auch in der Beschreibung deutlich hin, sodass dies für unsere Gäste transparent ist. Trotz der Lage im Untergeschoss als Soutairain Wohnung sorgen die großen Fenster in Küche und Wohnzimmer für eine helle, freundliche Atmosphäre mit Blick nach außen. Manche Appartements bieten soviele Fenster in einer Wohnung nicht an. Lediglich das Schlafzimmer grenzt an einen Lichtschacht, was viele Gäste als angenehm ruhig und erholsam empfinden.
Die weißen Fliesen verleihen der Wohnung ein modernes und gepflegtes Ambiente. Da wir hierzu bereits vielfach positives Feedback erhalten haben, sehen wir dies als eine Frage des individuellen Geschmacks.
Zum Thema Parkplatz: Der Stellplatz direkt am Haus ist ein zusätzliches Angebot, das wir unseren Gästen kostenlos als Service zur Verfügung stellen, was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Für größere Fahrzeuge gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung ausreichend öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten, die bequem genutzt werden können.

Sehr angenehm. Tolle, sehr saubere Wohnung, die sehr gut gelegen ist, sowohl an der BAB als auch an der S-Bahn nach Düsseldorf.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei; check-in/check-out sehr unkompliziert und toll organisiert.
