2-room apartment 27 m2 on 3rd floor. Renovated in 2023, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (dolce gusto) extra). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 4 m2, north-west facing position. Balcony furniture. Distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Narbonne plage est L'endroit idéal pour passer des vacances en famille au bord de mer, avec un calme exceptionnel, une ville très propre, la résidence Les Pins est bien situé pour profiter d'un séjour inoubliable, j'ai bien apprécié l'accueil des agents interhome de l'agence locale et leur réactivité. Je suis très satisfait de mon passage dans cette région. Et la valeur ajoutée c'était les plages très propres et non fumeur avec service PMR jusqu'à la mer mis en place par la municipalité, merci.
