This is a very new property (Summer 2026) so it was very clean and comfortable. Great location within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We were very comfortable with 4 teenagers and our 2 dogs.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a few blocks from the boardwalk, making it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. The home was spotless, spacious, and brand new. We especially loved the open kitchen, which made it easy to spend time together, and the rooftop access was a fantastic bonus. The host was easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The condo was clean with fresh towels and linens. Prior guests hadn’t been the nicest to the property but John was responsive to our issues. Property rental was brand new so I would suggest hot pads and floor towels for the bathrooms. It was a great condo, great location!
