Description of the holiday rental:<br><br>This beautiful holiday rental is a separate unit located on the ground floor of a two-family home. The apartment is non-smoking. <br><br>The spacious coat closet is located in the hallway on the landing, so you can conveniently store and change your jackets and shoes. <br><br>When you enter the apartment, you’ll find yourself right in the dining room, which features a large table with plenty of space for four people. A high chair for our younger guests is also available. You’ll also find brochures about the surrounding area and some reading material there.<br><br>Adjacent to the dining room is the children’s room, which features two large beds, a couch, a sideboard, and children’s toys and books. There’s plenty of space for the kids to play. At the small table with chairs, they can draw, do puzzles, or get creative. If needed, nightlight plugs are available to help our little guests sleep comfortably in a new environment.<br><br>On the other side of the dining room is a small open hallway leading to the bathroom and kitchen. <br><br>Just like the rest of the apartment, the bathroom was completely redesigned in 2021. Equipped with plenty of storage space and hooks to stow your toiletries, you can relax and feel right at home there. Of course, you’ll find a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, and the bathroom also includes a small first-aid kit for those little everyday mishaps. <br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove with 3 burners, a range hood, electric kettle, coffee maker (+Tassimo), microwave, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a washer-dryer combo. So you’ll find everything you need to take good care of yourself. <br><br>A small side room houses a vacuum cleaner and other supplies for quick cleaning in between.<br><br>The living room is separated from the kitchen by a glass door. A comfortable couch and a cosy rocking chair await you for relaxing moments. You can store your valuables in a small safe.<br><br>Books for cosy reading sessions, games for the whole family, or a 55" flat-screen TV will help pass the time. Of course, the apartment is connected to the internet, and with your login credentials, you’ll enjoy the same level of comfort you’re used to at home.<br><br>You can access the spacious bedroom from the living room. There you’ll find a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and plenty of storage space as well as hanging space for your holiday. Of course, both the bedroom and the children’s room in this otherwise very bright apartment can be completely darkened to ensure you get a good night’s sleep.<br><br>Split-system air conditioners are permanently installed in the kitchen, living room, and children’s room and can quietly maintain comfortable temperatures throughout the entire holiday rental, especially during the summer months.<br><br>Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, which you can use in accordance with the guidelines. USB charging ports are permanently installed in various locations throughout the apartment, so all you need to bring is the appropriate charging cable for your device.
