The apartment, modernized in 2021, can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a fitted kitchen with stove, oven dishwasher, small appliances and a fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and hairdryer. In the bedroom there is a double bed 180x200 with a large closet. In the study there is a sofa with sleep function and a corner desk with office chair. In the living room there is a sofa with sleep function, a flat screen TV with internet and satellite connection, also a dining table with 5 chairs.

Feucht is a market in the Middle Franconian district of Nürnberger Land and is located directly adjacent to the southeastern outskirts of Nuremberg.
