Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out by 11:00 AM. Before you leave: - Please take out the trash and wash the dishes. - Turn off the lights, TV and any appliances.
- Close the windows. - Leave used towels in the bathroom. - Close the door firmly behind you – the keypad locks automatically.
A quick "we've checked out" is always appreciated. Thank you for staying with us, and have a safe trip!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking/vaping inside: $100 fine. No parties: $200 fine and end of stay without refund. Quiet hours 22:00–08:00.
Report any damage right away. Broken or missing items are charged at replacement cost. Lost key/card: $30.
Please take out the trash and wash the dishes before check-out. Thank you!
