Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der besten Lage von Kühlungsborn. Durch die hochwertige Ausstattung ist ein angenehmer Aufenthalt möglich. Auch das Schlafsofa bietet guten Komfort für 2 Schläfer. Lediglich das Parken in der Tiefgarage erfordert etwas Aufmerksamkeit, ist für geübte Fahrer aber kein Problem. Immerhin gibt es einen Parkplatz was in Kühlungsborn schnell teuer werden kann.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, der Balkon ist schön groß und überdacht, allerdings hat man nur morgens und am späten Nachmittag Sonne. Bei heißen Temperaturen ist das aber optimal, da man es auf dem Balkon gut aushalten kann.

In wenigen Schritten ist man am Ostseestrand! Restaurants und Cafés sind auch sehr schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Zeitgleich liegt die Wohnung schön ruhig: Man kann ungestört bei einem Glas Wein den Abend auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick genießen!
Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll ausgestattet, ein sehr hoher Standard! Absolut einladend und gemütlich. Klare Buchungsempfehlung von uns!
