Villa 'Piscine Balnéo Saint Emilion' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in the heart of the renowned Saint-Émilion vineyards, Maison Cantalupo Piscine-Balnéo invites you to relax in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. This spacious 250 m² villa is ideal for family holidays or getaways with friends, combining modern comfort with the charm of southwest France. It can accommodate up to eight adults and four children with its six well-appointed bedrooms, including four double rooms for adults and a master suite with its own kitchenette. Children have two dedicated rooms: one with a bunk bed, a single bed, and a pull-out bed, and another with a second pull-out bed.



The house also includes four modern bathrooms, a bright and cozy living room, and a fully equipped open kitchen featuring a dishwasher, oven, steam cooker, beer tap, and many other practical appliances. For added comfort, the sleeping areas are air-conditioned. Guests also have access to two washing machines, high-speed Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and two baby cots.



Outside, enjoy complete privacy with several furnished terraces and a beautiful saltwater pool with spa jets. For safety, especially with children, guests are kindly asked to lock the pool cover after use. Four private parking spaces are available on-site for your convenience.



A small pet may be allowed upon prior request and subject to the owner's conditions. Please note that smoking and parties are not permitted to maintain the peaceful nature of the property.
