Why they chose this property
Our guesthouse sits on 5acres next to the main house where we live. It’s beautiful and quiet. My favorite part is sitting out on the patio watching the deer and birds.

I think what makes our guesthouse stand out is that we have a private entrance with remote gate access and covered parking. We are still in the city, but have the feel of living in the countryside.
