The holiday flat is located in a semi-detached house, was renovated in 2023, and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny waterfront location.

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house.
