A kitchen: bright, spacious, and superbly equipped. It also features a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, and a large dining table that seats 6 people. (High chair with table) A large bathroom: completely refurbished and renovated with a shower. A washing machine and dryer can be booked for an additional fee of 5 EUR per use. A small guest bathroom. A bedroom: bright, large, and cosy with a double bed, a large closet, and an additional fold-out sofa bed for 2 more people. The bedroom has direct access to the covered balcony. A living room: large, bright, cosy, and also completely newly furnished with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 additional people. A wall unit with a flat-screen TV and another direct exit to the balcony. In the living room, you’ll also find a few board games and other games. On the approximately 10 m² balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful view and wind down in the evening. Since this is a non-smoking apartment, you’ll find an ashtray on the balcony. A storage closet: small but perfect for storing your suitcases. - Check-in 3:00–8:00 p.m. / Check-out 10:00 a.m. via in-person contact on-site. - Internet (Wi-Fi), TV, parking. - Non-smoking apartment (smoking permitted only on the balcony). - Pets not allowed. - High chair with table. - Stroller storage available in the stairwell. - Bicycles can be stored in a garage upon request and by prior arrangement. - All towels and bed linens are washed in water heated to at least 60°C. - A thorough cleaning with disinfectant is, of course, performed after every stay. - No additional charges for final cleaning, electricity, water, or heating. - Bed linens and towels can be provided upon request for 10 EUR per person. - A travel cot, including a mattress and bedding, can be provided upon request for 10EUR. - Use of the washing machine and dryer is available for an additional charge of 5EUR per use. - We must charge an additional tourist tax. This is a surcharge of 3.50 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night. In exchange for this additional fee, you’ll receive the Sauerland Card during your stay.
