Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out @10AM Leave used beds unmade. If sleeper couch used, return to closed position-place sheets & towels in washer. Start wash Bag trash (NO loose trash) take out to bin by road before leaving
Doors - If open, please close interior door to sunroom. Lock all doors including side kitchen door. Turn off all lights-leave bedroom ceiling fans on for circulation.
If you moved any furniture, place back in original position & ensure red chairs in backyard are stacked on patio. Front lock - push the lock button on bottom right and door will automatically lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This part of the White River isn't accessible or swimmable. By booking and staying at this property, guests acknowledge that they assume all risk.

Please note we share the top of the main driveway with neighbors so park closer to our house. No interior fireplace use permitted.
