Die Wohnung ist in einer Toplage vom Sonnenuntergang und der Aussicht her. Leider ist der Hundestrand ziemlich weit weg (FKK Strand ist ganz am Anfang, find ich persönlich nicht schön). Der Fahhradschuppen ist zu gestellt mit alten und neuen Terrassesmöbeln, somit musste man erstmal alles raus stellen. Wohin war die Frage, da reichten die 2 Terrassen garnicht aus, damit man überhaupt 1 Fahrrad bzw. 3 Fahrrad rein bekam. Platz für Hunde und deren Körbe gab es genug. Küche hatte auch alles was man braucht, Geschirr usw. genug vorhanden. Wanne ist etwas Eng und auch zum Einstieg zum Duschen ziemlich Hoch. Nichts für ältere Leute, separate Dusche gibt es keine , aber eine Sauna. Die Bewegung erstellt mit dem Vergleich des Hauses nebenan der Kapitäntsstr. 23. Vom Platz nimmt es sich nicht viel.

Tolle Wohnung mit Blick, sehr guter Ausstattung und was man braucht. Die Infrastruktur lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Es wirkt in der Umgebung alles unfertig, es gibt nur 1 Restaurant im Resort, was im Sommer wohl nicht ausreichend sein dürfte. Sehr Fahrrad freundliche Umgebung. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Wr haben uns als Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war toll. Sauna, Whirlwanne und Ausblick aufs Hafenbecken. Sehr große Sauberkeit und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Alles wie beschrieben und sehr schöner Blick über das Hafenbecken. Würde nächstes Mal auf jeden Fall den Brötchen Service in Anspruch nehmen, da es zu Fuß schon ein Stückchen weg ist. Für Familien mit Kindern empfehle ich eigene Outdoor Spiele mitzunehmen, da es nur einen kleinen Spielplatz gibt.
