Enjoy 1-gig internet with battery/wireless backup, full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, central AC, private enclosed backyard, keypad entry, and parking—close to SoFi, USC, BMO, Intuit Dome, DTLA, and beaches.

You’ll also have central heating and air conditioning, in-home washer and dryer, 1-gig internet with battery and wireless backup, and a private fully enclosed backyard.

Guests have access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, laundry area, private enclosed backyard, and driveway parking space.
There is one parking spot in the driveway. Free street parking is also available, but please pay attention to posted street-cleaning signs.
The only area not included with guest access is the locked back shed, which is used for owner storage.

Maximum occupancy is 11 guests.
The home sleeps 7 in beds, plus up to 4 additional guests on two comfortable sofa beds. Bedding is provided for the sofa beds.

You are paying for cleaning so you shouldn't have to. Just put the dirty dishes near the sink and all trash in trash cans. That's it.
I do ask that if you stay over a Monday night that you bring the outside trash bins to the curb. The gardeners return them on Tuesday.
