We had a wonderful stay. The place was so open, spacious and comfortable. We loved it. The location out in the country was serene and peaceful with occasional tractor traffic. :-) Yet we were close enough to town that we were able to do and get what we needed to. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay again.

This is an old schoolhouse that has had its interior completely updated. It is very spacious and comfortable. The great room is a large kitchen with very nice appliances and a huge island all open to a large living room that features two leather sofas that each have two reclining seats. The large tv sits on a faux fireplace cabinet with multiple color settings to choose from. The laundry area has modern washer and dryer with a washbasin and toilet. The bedroom has a very comfy king bed. The walk-in shower has dual shower heads and plenty of space for two and there is a deep soaking tub at the other end of the room. Every space has brand new modern appliances and has the feel of a luxury hotel. Anything you could possibly need in both the kitchen and bath is there for your use. They thought of everything. A very nice place to stay that is a short pleasant country drive away from shopping, dining, wineries, the coast, and Oregon State University. We look forward to staying here again!

This restored and repurposed one-room schoolhouse is lovely. There is a large kitchen and livingroom, bedroom, and bathroom with modern features. Moreover, it is exceptionally well-appointed with a full kitchen that has high quality appliances and accessories. The location is ideal for traveling around central Oregon, particularly the Willamette Valley. We visited wineries (Willamette Valley Vinyards is one of the nearest and highly recommended), along with various waterfall hikes that were within 45 minutes in all directions. There are great restaurants in the region - again in all directions, and particularly in McMinnisville, Albany, and Corvallis. If possible, don't miss the Saturday morning farmer's market in Albany and the Friday night pizzas at Ankeny Vineyards.What made the stay even better was the hospitable owners. Steve and Ronda were extremely friendly, helpful, and very prompt in responding to questions and giving advice to improve our stay. We highly recommend this location.
