About the host
Hosted by Alyssa Williams
Hi. I'm originally from California. Moved to Los Alamos in the late 80's with my family. We have been in the area ever since. I've had my own family in the meantime. I enjoyed my earlier work in the medical field then moved on to childcare. I enjoy the outdoors and reading, Cooking and baking are interests of mine. I'm a beginning crafter. While I like my alone time I really value my family and friends. I'm an animal lover but dogs are the best! I'm new to hosting but I'm excited. I look forward to Meeting new people and helping you make awesome new memories.
Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood! lots of tall trees. It's safe, quiet and clean. My Neighbors are great. Friendly and helpful.
What makes this property unique
This home was built in the 50's. It was originally a government duplex- 2 separate family homes with one adjoining wall.
When my parents moved in and the second home became available they encouraged my Mom's sister to move in. That's when the fun started. They built additions and planted trees including a orchard of fruit trees in the front. Laid brick, grew gardens. Slowly transforming the place into a quaint multi-family property. The years of drought have left a mark but the property is still beautiful. Spacious and peaceful. The perfect base point for adventures to be had. Or sunny days enjoyed and memories made.
